Radio Shack used their Super Bowl ad to acknowledge 1980s-associations with their brand, using a lot of very familiar, very 80s faces in then process. Among them, Mary Lou Retton, Hulk Hogan, Alf, Sgt. Slaughter, Erik Estrada, Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider, Kid ‘N Play, Teen Wolf (the original), Chucky and even a Delorean to seal the deal, Back to the Future-style.
